So what does working with us actually get you?

The real work of design is the interpretation of a vision— taking your ideas, wants, and needs and translating them into a reality that functions.

Anyone can create a pretty visual, but visuals and moodboards are not design. Each project will produce these physical deliverables, and they form the necessary maps for your project, they aren't the value you are paying for.

The role of a designer is to hold the entire vision for you. We ask you to trust that while you may not see an image of the exact finished space, we have already lived in it mentally.

The real investment of using a designer is in the learned knowledge required to ensure that what is on the screen actually works in your home. Working with us means you aren't just buying a set of drawings; you are hiring us to filter the noise, sidestep expensive mistakes, and ensure the final result is a space that truly understands you.

Discovery and Alignment

We never begin with surface-level aesthetics, instead we perform a lifestyle analysis, identifying the who, the how and the when of each space. We consider any aesthetic anchors and structural hurdles of your building. We rule out unrealistic fits from the get-go, ensuring your wish list aligns with the reality of your space.

Filtering and Visualisation

We filter the noise of endless choices to curate a harmonious Concept with finishes and furnishings that fit your budget and your space. We use spatial sketches and 3D visuals to verify circulation and furniture scaling, ensuring a layout is clever and efficient before you commit.

In a world of visual abundance, the value at the outset is what your designer doesn’t show you. We work to develop a design that enables confident decision making and choices. We could show you ten versions of a scheme but our expertise is rooted in finding the version that works for you and your space. We do not replicate, our designs are originals.

The Technical Blueprint

Once your designs are past the approval stages, are fully tested and developed, we convert this into a Technical Pack - a rigorous instruction manual for your contractors that brings our vision to reality. By providing electrical layouts, joinery details, and finish schedules, we enable fixed, comprehensive quoting, protecting you from the expensive estimated extras that often arise once walls are down.

design Advocacy + Site Coordination

When we move into the real world, we act as your Project Coordinator.

We act as your "Design Guardian”and ensure that what we put on paper (screen) is what ends up in your home. When your project is finished, we perform Design Snagging; holding trades to our agreed aesthetic standards to ensure the finish matches the vision.

  • Freestyle Design Guidance

    from £750

    If commitment is not your thing, this is perfect for you. Perhaps you have many smaller areas needing our design attention, or you want control over the order in approaching the problem.

    You can buy in blocks of 10 hours for ad-hoc support, guidance and expertise, and use it as and when you need it.

    Hand drawn sketches, mock ups, moodboards are included but CAD drawings are not.

    We will provide an interactive shopping list, but we don’t offer procurement.

    This is a design only offering, so Project Coordination is not an option.

  • single space transformation

    from £1,500*

    Whether it's building works, custom joinery, or completely reimagining a space, we've got you covered.

    The price is per room, bigger spaces and/or those with more decisions + complexity like a bathroom will require more design hours and the fee will reflect this.

    Project Coordination, including site visits + contractor appointment can be added to this option + will be priced based on the work involved

  • kitchen design

    from £3,500

    Kitchen design is our favourite thing to do, and we are experts at it. We work with only a small number of trusted suppliers and fitters, because we demand not only a high quality finish but versatility in sizing, customisable elements and robust kitchens that withstand daily life.

    Please don’t expect us to shop our design to the High street for comparison pricing. Everything we design is bespoke to your project and our trusted partners can produce any shape, style and finish kitchen you could imagine.

    This is a full room design service and Project Coordination with our dedicated kitchen suppliers and your builder will be included in your price.
