Most people haven’t worked with a designer when we meet, they don’t know what to expect, are nervous about the financial investment and potential for it to all go horribly wrong.

We totally get it, and choosing the right designer for you and your project is pivotal to it’s success and your sanity and enjoyment of the process.

To make sure we are the right fit, we always conduct a free video call to allow us both to get an idea of compatibility. We don’t talk details about your project here, but we scope out the viability of budget and proposed works. The focus of the call is to get to know each other a little, and see how we vibe.

Very often when we first speak to new clients, there are so many ideas, wish-lists, Pinterest boards, it’s difficult to decipher where to even begin. Especially for more complex projects involving different spaces, we often begin with a consultation.

For an investment of just £295 we come to you, assess your project site and talk through every aspect, your worries and concerns, your hopes and dreams.

We assess whether what you’re looking to achieve is realistic with your budget. Seeing the project site clarifies where we need to start, how it needs to track through to completion and the stages it will pass through.

A visit gives us a chance to get to know each other, for. us to explain in more detail how we work, and what a successful project involves.
